Heading west take the Division Street exit off of I-90W. Turn left onto Second Ave. Follow Second 1 block and turn left onto Brown St. Follow Brown to 6th Ave. Turn left onto 6th Ave. Heading east take the Division Street exit off of I-90E. Turn right at the exit stop sign onto Division St. Follow Division to 6th Ave. Turn right onto 6th Ave. Turn into the parking garage entrance for the Heart Institute on 6th Avenue. The parking garage is located below the Heart Institute building. Take the parking garage elevator up to the street level (5th floor). Walk across parking lot into the Heart Institute Building. Take the elevator to the 4th floor to Suite 410.

Take Division Street to Central. Turn onto Central Avenue. Go approximately 2 blocks to the Holy Family Hospital entrance. After entering the parking lot for Holy Family turn to the right. The Central Medical Office Building is on the northwest corner of the Holy Family campus. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor to Suite 245.
