Accent XL

Accent XL is the latest FDA-approved treatment to fight wrinkles and tighten skin on the face and body and represents the newest technology available for radiofrequency skin tightening.  Previously, Thermage treatments used bipolar radiofrequency that penetrated the skin up to 6 mm in depth.  Accent XL treatments use both bipolar and unipolar radiofrequencies that penetrate the skin up to 20 mm in depth for optimal skin tightening.

This "dual layer" approach stimulates new collagen production giving you the smooth texture, elasticity, and radiance of youthful skin. Accent XL can treat loose, wrinkled or dimpled skin anywhere on the body including the thin, delicate skin that develops on the face, neck, and upper arms.  It successfully treats laxity for post-surgical or post-pregnancy abdomens, thighs, and buttocks.  Skin becomes thicker, tighter, and smoother.

The treatment process is comfortable, quick, and virtually pain free and has little to no downtime. The procedure is performed in the office in 60 minutes or less without medications, incisions, or stitches.  Over time your skin will tighten as new collagen develops.  Generally, 3-6 treatments in each area are needed.  Accent treatments are repeated every 1-2 weeks until desired results are achieved.
